What the job really is

As a Senior Data Scientist focused on AI Retrieval Systems, you will develop and manage the data layer and retrieval services for rare disease research at the NIH. Your responsibilities include modeling biomedical knowledge, building retrieval-augmented services, and creating user interfaces for presenting results. You will also deploy systems in Kubernetes environments and contribute to academic publications alongside NIH investigators.
