What the job really is

As a Project Support Engineer, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with the R&D team for resolutions. Your role involves managing customer inquiries, conducting analyses, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining project documentation and generating reports. You will also have opportunities for training users and may provide onsite support when necessary.
