Head of Engineering, London - Hybrid

As the Head of Engineering at AutogenAI, you will lead the technical strategy and operational health of a global engineering team, managing 2-3 Tech Leads and a wider team of around 15 developers. Your role involves evolving engineering practices, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a strong engineering culture while collaborating with senior leadership across product and design. You will also represent engineering in client-facing sessions and drive continuous improvement within the engineering organization.
