What the job really is

As the Assistant General Counsel at Attain, you will be the second in-house lawyer, focusing primarily on adtech and data privacy while supporting legal needs across the company. Your role will involve negotiating commercial agreements, embedding with various teams to advise on legal matters, and building out the legal operations with AI tools. You will have significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape the legal function from the ground up, with a clear path towards becoming a general counsel.
