What the job really is

In this role, you will design and lead the People function at Atomic Machines, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will manage benefits, payroll, compliance, and organizational development while building scalable systems to support a growing hardware company. Collaboration with senior leadership and various departments will be essential as you implement processes and programs tailored to a technical workforce.
