What the job really is

The Director of Change Management at AST SpaceMobile will oversee the entire change management process for both the Gateway and Satellite domains. This role involves leading the Change Advisory Board, ensuring that all changes are thoroughly assessed for risk and readiness, and maintaining network availability through effective governance of change policies and procedures. The director will also mentor a change management team and report on key performance indicators related to change success and incidents.
