  • 3-5+ years of hands-on technical experience in network operations, satellite communications (Satcom), NOC, or technical support environments
  • 0–1+ years of formal people management or demonstrated experience acting as a technical lead / mentor to junior engineers

  • Hands-on familiarity with RF terminals/antennas, satellite payload architectures, and VSAT hub systems (including modulators/demodulators)
  • Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting experience with enterprise/carrier-grade hardware (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet Firewalls)
  • Experience with Linux system administration, network virtualization (KVM), or containerized environments
