What the job really is

As a UR Coordinator, you will manage the client insurance authorization processes for Spravato and TMS services, ensuring timely submission of clinical documentation and coordinating with various teams. Your role includes tracking authorization requests, denials, and appeals while maintaining detailed records and staying updated on insurance requirements. You will also support new customers in navigating authorization processes and take on additional projects as needed.
