What the job really is

As a Residential Rehab Educator/Counselor, you will assist clients with chronic behavioral health issues in daily living activities to promote independence and improve their quality of life. The role involves filling in for regular staff in various residential settings, engaging clients in meaningful activities, and helping them achieve their individual service plan goals. You will also be required to attend mandatory training sessions and maintain a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed.
