  • 7+ years of hands-on BIM/CAD design and drafting experience in commercial, industrial, or modular/offshore projects

What the job really is

As a Senior Data Center BIM Designer at Armada, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a fully integrated BIM model for Modular Data Center (MDC) deployments, ensuring coordination across various disciplines including civil, structural, and MEP. You will establish BIM standards, manage drawing packages, and serve as a senior technical authority, working closely with product and engineering leadership to implement scalable BIM practices for new product developments.
