Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer at Arc, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of electromechanical hardware and the boats produced. This includes managing supplier quality, defining inspection plans, qualifying new suppliers, and driving non-conformances to resolution. You will work closely with engineering and suppliers to address quality issues and build quality processes from the ground up, with significant travel to supplier sites required.

• Base salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 annually
