Staff People and Learning Partner

As the Staff People and Learning Partner at Arc, you will lead the people strategy for Sales, Service, and G&A organizations, focusing on manager development and career growth systems. Your role involves partnering with leaders on organizational design, coaching managers, conducting employee relations investigations, and developing training programs. You will spend a significant portion of your time on learning and development, creating and facilitating programs that enhance management skills and career pathways for individual contributors.
