What the job really is

As the Staff Technical Program Manager at Arc, you will oversee commercial programs from award through delivery, specifically starting with a $160M contract for electric tugboats. Your responsibilities include managing schedules, scopes, and risks, collaborating with sales leaders, and ensuring that commitments are met through effective program management. You will also interface with shipyards and build partners, run internal operating cadences, and contribute to product roadmaps based on program feedback.
