  • BA/BS degree or similar university level education; in lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or another customer-facing technical role

  • Direct work with enterprise B2B SaaS buyers on discovery, solution design, and technical evaluation
What the job really is

The Solutions Engineer at AppDirect will collaborate closely with Account Executives to drive technical wins and support the sales process. This role involves leading technical discovery, delivering demos, and configuring integrations while ensuring customer needs are met throughout the device lifecycle. The engineer will also gather customer insights to inform product development and enable sales and marketing teams with technical knowledge.
