What the job really is

As a Data Analyst at AppDirect, you will focus on ensuring data quality and managing requests through the Jira project workflow tool. Your role involves interpreting file mappings, conducting testing, and assisting in data migration while providing analysis, transformation, and normalization of data. You will also identify opportunities for operational improvements and utilize AI for efficiency in your tasks.
