What they actually want (must-haves)

  • 15+ years of progressive experience managing transportation projects for WSDOT and/or local agencies in Washington
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in both Washington and Oregon, or the ability to obtain both within six months of hire

  • Strong knowledge of WSDOT Design Manual, AASHTO, MUTCD, and Washington State and local agency standards
