What the job really is

As a Scientist I-II in Analytical Development at Antheia, you will develop and optimize analytical methods for quantifying small molecules using advanced instrumentation such as UPLC, LC-MS, and GC-MS. You will collaborate with biology and fermentation teams, manage a small team of Analytical Chemists, and ensure timely troubleshooting of analytical issues. Your role will also involve preparing technical reports, adhering to safety practices, and mentoring junior staff.
