What the job really is

As a Senior Implementation Consultant at Amtech, you will support customer implementation activities by gathering requirements, configuring solutions, documenting processes, testing, and training end-users. You will partner with customers to analyze business needs, contribute to solution design, and deliver knowledge transfer related to ERP systems, while also mentoring peers and identifying project risks. The role requires travel up to 50% for customer support and training.
