What the job really is

As a Staff Integration and Validation Engineer at Amperesand, you will lead the validation of power electronics for solid-state transformers, overseeing the entire validation strategy from design to production. Your responsibilities include designing and maintaining test systems, characterizing product performance, and ensuring high-voltage safety practices. You will collaborate with various engineering teams and mentor others while also conducting root cause analysis on failures and driving improvements.
