What the job really is

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Amperesand, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for technical and specialized roles, particularly in engineering. Your role will involve developing sourcing strategies, engaging passive candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to assess talent and drive the hiring process. You will work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple searches while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
