Sr Manager, Quality Engineering

The Sr. Manager of Quality Engineering at Amperesand will lead the quality engineering team at the Reno manufacturing site, overseeing quality from R&D to mass production. This hands-on role involves building a world-class quality system, establishing quality metrics, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes to meet high standards for power conversion systems. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on data-driven problem-solving.
