What the job really is

The Technology Associate at Amber Charter Schools will serve as the primary contact for technology-related help desk issues and will manage installations and repairs for network systems. This role involves providing support for hardware and software troubleshooting, maintaining hardware inventory, and assisting with data systems used within the organization. The associate will also collaborate with the Operations team and support technology curriculum implementation in classrooms.
