  • Experience aligning academic curricula with industry requirements, future skills frameworks and workforce trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills

  • PhD or Master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Technology Management, Artificial Intelligence, Business Strategy, or related field
  • Experience leading curriculum transformation, accreditation reviews or programme modernization initiatives in Rwanda or Mauritius
  • Experience working with governments, NGOs, international organizations, or policy institutions
  • Strong understanding of African development challenges and opportunities
  • Experience with international curriculum frameworks such as the EntreComp Framework, OECD Learning Compass, UNESCO National Curriculum Frameworks

The Adjunct Leadership, Public Policy & Sustainable Development Expert will design, refine, and validate the curriculum for the BSc Entrepreneurial Leadership programme at ALU.
