What the job really is

As a Coordinator on the Talent Acquisition team at AlphaSights, you will focus on coordinating the hiring process for early talent from universities for both internship and full-time roles. Your responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, managing job postings, processing reimbursements, and communicating with candidates to enhance their experience. You will also screen resumes and conduct interviews to help identify future hires, all while embodying a collaborative and proactive approach to meet hiring goals.

  • $75,000 fixed annual base salary
  • 17 vacation days, in addition to 10 public holidays, and an end of year break between Christmas Day and New Year's Day
