What the job really is

The Manager – Functional Workstream Lead for Workday Financials will lead the configuration and implementation of Workday Financials capabilities, managing client relationships and coordinating functional delivery resources. Responsibilities include conducting functional discovery workshops, overseeing configuration activities, and ensuring quality control of deliverables. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and staying updated on Workday innovations to enhance solution delivery.
