What the job really is

The Operations Associate at ALO is responsible for enhancing store profitability and efficiency by managing inventory processes, supporting operational functions, and maintaining visual standards. Daily tasks include executing inventory management, assisting with shipment processing, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment. This role requires active movement throughout the store and collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to achieve operational goals.
