What the job really is

The Sales & Service Manager at ALO is responsible for leading the store's sales and guest experience strategies. This role involves overseeing the Sales & Service team, ensuring exceptional guest interactions, and partnering with the General Manager to manage business metrics and operational efficiency. The manager will also focus on team development, coaching, and maintaining alignment with ALO's guiding principles.
