What the job really is

As a Senior Sourcer at Alloy, you will lead outbound sourcing efforts primarily for Engineering roles while also supporting Product and GTM searches. Your responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, crafting personalized outreach, conducting market research, and utilizing AI tools to enhance sourcing workflows. You will also track and report on outreach metrics to ensure effective candidate engagement and pipeline health.
