What the job really is

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Aspire Living & Learning provides direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting. Daily responsibilities include assisting with household chores, meal preparation, recreational and learning activities, and transportation to community activities. The DSP plays a crucial role in advocating for the needs and interests of the individuals served, contributing to program planning and implementation.
