What the job really is

As a Special Education Teacher at Aspire Living & Learning, you will manage a caseload of up to 10 students, implementing academic and behavioral programming while overseeing the execution of each student's IEP. You will work collaboratively with a team, including Instructional Assistants and ABA Therapists, to provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse needs, utilizing methods grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis and Direct Instruction.
