What the job really is

As a Special Education Teacher at Aspire Living & Learning, you will manage a caseload of up to 10 students, implementing academic and behavioral programming while overseeing the execution of each student's IEP. You will work collaboratively with a team, including Instructional Assistants and ABA Therapists, to provide tailored instruction based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and Precision Teaching. Your role will also involve teaching critical social and behavioral skills in a supportive and structured environment.
