What the job really is

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Aspire Living & Learning, you will provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with household chores, meal preparation, recreational and learning activities, and promoting physical fitness. You will also advocate for the needs and interests of the individuals you support and contribute to program planning.
