What they actually want (must-haves)
  • Bachelor’s degree plus 18 years of experience, or a Master’s degree plus 15 years of experience in Government Program and Information Technology Management, Agile Coaching, or a closely related defense/intelligence field
  • Proven experience leading team-tasks and implementing pure Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) within complex, large-scale application environments
  • Must possess an advanced Agile certification (e.g., Certified Agile Coach, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO))
  • Direct experience tailoring application workflows, technical briefs, and coding specifications to meet strict DoD, IC, and Air Force standards within an Agile pipeline
  • Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance to operate on-site within NASIC secure facilities and access repositories across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS
Nice to have
  • NASIC experience highly desired, not mandatory
  • Demonstrated success working on all phases of software applications programming, modernization tracking, and Agile events independent of supervisory guidance
  • Deep technical understanding of the NASIC Mission, specifically the Group portfolio, PIR Enterprise Platform, and the Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TPED) mission systems
  • Experience aligning software factory outputs with cloud-native development concepts, secure cross-domain data flows, and the NASIC 2033 IT Modernization Strategy

The Agile Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Representative will lead Agile frameworks and methodologies for software development supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC).
