Behavior Technician (Play-Based ABA)

As a Behavior Technician at Cortica, you will provide one-on-one and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. Your daily responsibilities will include implementing positive behavior strategies, documenting session data, and collaborating with families and supervisors to create supportive environments. You will also follow crisis protocols and have the opportunity to work alongside experts from various fields.

• Pay Range: $21.73 to $29.15 per hour
