The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the branch's overall performance, which includes managing sales, collections, and team development. This role involves leading a small team, coaching members, holding coworkers accountable, and engaging with customers regarding payments. The manager must operate in a structured, metric-driven environment while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
