What the job really is

As a Behavioral Health Care Manager or Program Manager at Akido, you will provide compassionate care to patients with complex behavioral health needs, conducting assessments and ensuring they receive appropriate support. In the Program Manager role, you will also supervise a team of case managers, oversee patient care plans, and drive operational improvements while fostering a positive team culture.
