What the job really is

As a Backend Engineer on the ClickHouse team, you will design, build, and maintain backend services in Python that manage the ClickHouse service lifecycle. Your role will involve writing production-grade Python code, working with CI/CD pipelines, and investigating production issues across the stack. You will also contribute to technical planning and participate in code reviews within a small, impactful team.
