What the job really is

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Database OEM team, you will design customer-specific solutions for Aiven's database services, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Valkey. Your role involves collaborating with internal product teams, automating processes to enhance efficiency, and mentoring other engineers. You will also be responsible for writing maintainable code, resolving customer issues, and improving the scalability and reliability of database services.
