What the job really is

The Research Engineer in the Human Influence team will focus on understanding how AI influences human behavior and decision-making. Daily tasks will involve designing and building Reinforcement Learning environments, leveraging interpretability methods, and developing scalable evaluation systems for AI models. The role requires a blend of research and engineering skills to deliver impactful projects that address AI safety and human influence.
