What the job really is

The Commander Coordinator at Airspace is responsible for managing the day-to-day engagement with drivers in a specific region, ensuring that Tier 1 drivers receive high-touch support, Tier 2 drivers are onboarded effectively, and Tier 3 drivers are identified and managed appropriately. This role involves maintaining communication with drivers, managing a case queue in Salesforce, and collaborating with the Regional Network Manager and other team members to optimize driver performance and retention.
