What the job really is

The IT Systems Analyst at Air North is responsible for managing and ensuring the operational integrity of the airline's Passenger Service System (PSS) and associated SaaS solutions. Daily tasks include monitoring system behavior, managing configuration changes, providing user support, and coordinating with vendors on technical issues. The role also involves maintaining documentation and supporting system training and implementation efforts.
