Product Designer - Letaido

As a Product Designer at Letaido, you will take full ownership of designing an AI-powered marketing tool, focusing on the user experience and interface. Your responsibilities will include shaping the product roadmap, conducting user research, creating prototypes, and collaborating closely with engineers and data scientists to bring your designs to life. This role emphasizes autonomy and direct impact, allowing you to make decisions quickly and see your work in front of users in a matter of weeks.

• Full ownership of the design of an early-stage product, with no PM layer between you and the decision.
• A direct line to the Head of Letaido. Small team, few layers, quick decisions.
• An unsolved design problem, backed by the data and infrastructure of a fifteen-year-old profitable company.
• Daily use of the thing you’re designing, and a direct line to the people building it.
• Annual company retreat (usually skiing).
• Conference and learning budget.

• On-site role requires presence in the office with the team.
• The role involves designing without established patterns, which may be challenging for some candidates.
