What the job really is

The Business Analyst at AgWest Farm Credit will assist business teams in gathering requirements, evaluating processes, and recommending solutions to meet strategic objectives. This role involves project management for small to medium projects, participating in process improvement sessions, and conducting post-implementation analysis to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes. The analyst will also create professional artifacts and maintain project portfolio systems.
