The 2027 Lending and Insurance Trainee Program at AgWest Farm Credit is designed for individuals to gain expertise in lending and insurance within the agricultural sector. Trainees will engage in a structured six-month program that includes classroom learning, hands-on experience, and mentorship from experienced professionals. Responsibilities include evaluating creditworthiness, assisting in loan servicing, and learning about crop insurance, all while developing customer relationships and understanding AgWest's products and services.
