Campus Program Recruiter

As a Campus Program Recruiter, you will manage the university recruiting strategy and oversee the campus program experience throughout the year. Your responsibilities include sourcing candidates, building relationships with university partners, coordinating program logistics, and fostering a strong campus culture. You will also focus on enhancing the candidate experience and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
