Senior Manager, Field Quality

The Director of Product Quality will lead the Field Quality and Failure Analysis engineering teams, ensuring the reliability and performance of Agility's deployed humanoid robots. Responsibilities include establishing quality metrics, managing failure analysis processes, and facilitating communication between various operational teams to address field issues and improve product design. The role requires hands-on problem-solving and leadership in a high-complexity hardware environment.
