What the job really is

As a Business Analyst in Data Operations at AffirmedRx, you will serve as the primary liaison between the Data Operations team and business-facing teams, such as Client Management and Patient Care Advocates. Your role involves gathering details on data issues, conducting impact analyses, maintaining a tracking dashboard, and ensuring proactive communication about issue statuses. You will also document processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
