What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 10+ years of experience leading the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms at scale
  • Experience with ERP and EPM platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar solutions
  • Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Experience developing integrations between ERP and EPM platforms
  • Proficiency in technologies such as REST and SOAP APIs, SQL, Python, and event-based integration patterns
  • Ability to establish reusable integration frameworks and engineering standards
