  • 10+ years of experience leading the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise ERP, financial reporting, and planning platforms at scale, such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Hyperion, Anaplan, or similar solutions.
  • Experience developing integrations between ERP and EPM platforms including NetSuite, Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, and Anaplan.
  • Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), financial close, consolidation, management reporting, and financial planning.
  • Ability to lead the technical design of data models, transformation logic, business rules, calculation engines, reconciliation controls, exception handling, audit trails, and data-quality monitoring across financial applications.
  • Experience implementing automated deployment and release-management processes using Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or comparable CI/CD tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams while establishing a culture of accountability, collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.

  • Experience with technologies such as REST and SOAP APIs, NetSuite SuiteTalk and SuiteScript, Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, SQL, Python, JSON/XML, SFTP, and event-based integration patterns.
  • Understanding of governance, security, auditability, data integrity, and internal control requirements associated with financial systems in a regulated and publicly traded environment.
  • Experience in establishing reusable integration frameworks and engineering standards covering API management, authentication and authorization, OAuth 2.0, encryption, scheduling, monitoring, logging, error handling, retries, and disaster recovery.
