As the Collections Manager at 8am, you will oversee the entire collections and accounts receivable process, leading a team to recover outstanding balances and develop strategic improvements. Your role involves analyzing delinquency trends, managing core collections operations, and collaborating with various departments to enhance financial controls and operational efficiency, all while integrating AI tools to streamline workflows.
